If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your order for a refund within the first 30 days from ordering. 

1. Contact customer service (info@zakbrandkids.com).

2. Once approved, return merchandise and a copy of the packing slip to the address below:

**All item(s) must be returned in the original unused, unworn condition with the tags still attached. 


How long will my return take?

Returns generally take about 7-10 business days to process. All refunds will be refunded to the card used at the time of purchase. Once returned item(s) lands in our possession and passes inspection, you will be refunded the product amount. We do not refund shipping costs. If any additional information is needed we will reach out to you via email.

What if I bought a ZAKBRAND Kids item from one of your retailers and not ZAKBRANDKIDS.COM? 

Sorry, but we do not accept returns/exchanges for items purchased outside of ZAKBRANDKIDS.COM. 

I don't want to return my item, I just want to exchange for a different color or size. What can I do?

1. Place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.

2. Please email us your order number and items you will be returning. info@zakbrandkids.com. 

3. Your new order will be shipped within 1 business day. 

4. We will refund your credit card or PayPal account for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it in our warehouse. Please provide a return tracking number if possible. ZAKBRAND is not responsible for any lost shipments.
